Prepare Your Documents
Gather all required documents as listed in the application guidelines (e.g., transcripts, passport copy, language certificates, etc.).Choose Your Program
Use our Search Page to select your preferred university and department.Apply for Free
Click the “Apply for Free” button and upload all your details and documents accurately and completely.Track Your Application
Monitor your progress in real-time via the Application Status page. We will secure a pre-acceptance letter on your behalf from the university.Make the Initial Payment
A small amount (specified by the university) must be paid directly into the university’s official bank account—this is mentioned in the pre-acceptance letter.Send Us Your Payment Receipt
Upload or email the payment receipt as proof of payment, as required to proceed.Receive Your Final Acceptance Letter
Once payment is confirmed, we’ll obtain your official final acceptance letter from the university. You can then download your verifiable acceptance letter directly from our system.

To ensure a smooth application process with Study Bridge, please review the following guidelines before submitting your documents:
📄 Document Language Requirements
If your documents are in English or Turkish, no translation is needed for the application stage.
If your documents are in any other language, you must provide a notarized Turkish translation during the application process.
Regardless of language, a notarized Turkish translation is required at the final registration stage at the university.
📤 Document Submission Guidelines
Upload your documents in the format and quality specified.
All required documents must be accurate, complete, and clearly scanned.
Please use a scanner (not a mobile phone) to scan important documents like your Diploma, Transcript, and Passport, and save them as PDFs.
